• No sign-up is required
• No personal information is collected
• No user profiles are created

2. Local Data Storage

All your data is stored locally on your device.

This may include:

• Financial records (income, expenses, savings)
• Journal entries and notes
• Habit tracking data

This means:

• Your data does not leave your device by default
• We cannot access or view your data
• We do not store your data on any servers

3. No Backend or Cloud Storage

ZeniaHub and ZeniaMoney do not use any backend servers.

• No cloud syncing
• No remote databases
• No data transmission to our servers

4. Optional Google Drive Backup

You may choose to back up your data to your own Google Drive.

If enabled:

• The app uses Google Drive API
• Access is limited to the drive.file scope
• The app can only create and manage its own backup files
• It cannot access or view other files in your Google Drive

Backup is completely optional and controlled by you.

5. Data Security

Since your data is stored locally, its security depends on your device.

We recommend:

• Using device lock (PIN, password, or biometrics)
• Regular backups if needed

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or monetize your data.

• No third-party data sharing
• No advertising tracking

7. Data Deletion

You are in full control of your data.

• Delete data anytime by clearing app data or uninstalling
• Delete backups directly from your Google Drive

8. Children's Privacy

Our apps do not knowingly collect personal data from children, as no data is collected at all.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by the revised effective date.
