Terms of Use – ZeniaHub & ZeniaMoney

Welcome to ZeniaHub and ZeniaMoney (“we”, “our”, or “the apps”). By using our apps, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ZeniaHub or ZeniaMoney, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the apps.

2. App Use

• The apps are provided as-is for personal use.
• You may use the apps for journaling, habit tracking, or personal financial management.
• The apps are local-first — your data stays on your device by default.
• Optional backups to Google Drive are available using the drive.file scope; these backups are controlled entirely by you.

3. User Responsibility

• You are responsible for keeping your device secure.
• You are responsible for creating and managing backups if desired.
• You must not misuse the app or interfere with its normal operation.

4. Intellectual Property

All app content, including code, designs, logos, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or use our intellectual property for commercial purposes without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

ZeniaHub and ZeniaMoney are provided for personal use. We are not responsible for:

• Any loss of data, including locally stored data or Google Drive backups
• Financial decisions you make based on app data
• Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app

By using the apps, you acknowledge that all use is at your own risk.

6. Updates and Changes

We may update the apps, features, or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the apps at any time without notice. You may also stop using the apps at any time and delete all local data or backups.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to conflict of law principles.
